We do advise our customers to return the unwanted item(s) back to us within 14 working days from when the order is received by our customers, in order to qualify for an exchange/refund. Please note items returned after this period may be returned to the customer & all items must be unworn and in the orginal condition.
We do advise you to return the item back to us using a tracked service which will include a returns tracking number. This will be the customers responsibility to cover the cost of returns.
